Users assume ALL legal and financial responsibility for animal-related activities.

Users may NOT list:

  • Animals obtained illegally
  • Animals for use in illegal activities

Transactions Between Users

Carter County Trading Post is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are NOT a party to any transactions between users.

  • We do not process payments or handle money
  • We do not guarantee the quality, condition, or legality of items
  • We do not provide escrow services
  • We do not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers
  • All transactions are between users, and users are solely responsible for their transactions

Prohibited Items and Activities

Users may NOT list or engage in transactions involving:
